Hey everyone,
I finished the last grammar check last night, so I took a minute this morning to write up a post.
I’m now moving onto the formatting. I’m going to be using Atticus for the first time, so this is going to need lots of sugar. Thankfully, I have a friend who knows how to use it, so I have tech support.
I’ll also be setting up the preorder. Mostly likely tomorrow. But no promises, it depends. If not, Monday at the latest. I have so much to figure out after that including buy special items for in person events.
Speaking of…
I am signed up for this year’s Festival of the Books in Oil City, PA! I am super excited to be able to sell Destiny for the first time at in person event since the book signing event I had all the way back in 2014. Oh, my poor back.
But anyway, I am going to have postcards of Anglii with the Hardcovers, stickers with the paperbacks. When it gets closer, I’ll post pics and more information.
I will update when things are ready to go! So hang in there! Because I certainly am. By a thin thread.
Switch 2 is here!
As I am a poor writer, I can’t afford the new switch. But it’s okay, because I am going to wait until Generation 10 Pokémon before getting one. I’m hoping they will release a special edition Switch 2 for it will be not only be Gen 10 but also the 30th anniversary of Pokémon (I feel so old, so old). I haven’t had a special edition since my X/Y 3DS. So holding out. I didn’t get the Scarlet/Violet OLED because it just didn’t feel worth it, as I knew the Switch 2 was not that far away.
I would love to play the new Mario Kart and Donkey Kong, especially Donkey Kong because DK64. (It has really has been that long.) But priority is always Pokémon, so I’ll just have to play Z-A on my old switch and hold out until next year. There’s a Pokémon Direct in July, but I doubt they would drop anything for next year in it. I’ll have to endure the bad frame rates in Scarlet for a bit longer. It’s fine. As long as no shinys spawn in the mountain I’ll be fine (yes, it almost did, and yes I almost had a heart attack but thankfully, I was finally able to get to it and it was not a shiny. In fact there was no shiny in that outbreak.).
I’ve been watching my favorite Tubers, (Austinjohnplays and Switchforce are the best for just general info). I’ll just enjoy watching everyone play until the day I get to unbox my own. So that loose change is going into the cute little money bank I have.
